Dinner Party on 2008-10-05
Friday was a lot of fun. I went into central London with Lara to watch a filming of a pilot game show- hosted by Michael McIntyre. We somehow ended up in the front row, which gave us plenty of opportunities to get caught on camera. It lasted for about four hours, so towards the end it became a bit trying. Fun, still. :)
Yesterday was also pretty good, I hosted a dinner party at my house which involved candles, a home cooked meal, four courses and probably too much wine. It sort of kept a glamourous air, which kept me happy. When I find some photographs, I'll upload them for your pleasure. I have the table set up somewhere on my phone, to upload. The evening ended up with two girls worse for wear, which I suppose isn't too bad.
There were a few others staying the night and so we prepared the living room suitably. I slept quite soundly throughout the night, despite being bitterly uncomfortable.
Today we have The Godparents around for drinks and probably lunch. I'm looking forward to being able to take advantage of someone catering for me now :)
